We are looking for a colleague to fill the role of Senior Community Engagement Manager within the Dutch Boosting Group. Many of our customers require an extra boost in the area of Environmental Management. Do you want to use your extensive knowledge and experience to carry out ambitious projects together with professional colleagues and customers? Dutch Boosting Group gives a boost to complex challenges. These are carried out more efficiently, more sustainably or with a greater eye for the environment. We contribute to future-proof solutions for people and the environment. We have lot of work in the field of mobility and urban development. We work passionately on making cities more sustainable and climate-proof and we help think about how people can travel safely and quickly. We are also working on major energy transition projects in relation to the hydrogen revolution and we are helping to strengthen energy grids to enable the transition.

You are genuinely interested in the interests and motives of others. You are sensitive to administrative matters and like to work in the world of mobility, spatial development and energy. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you have a relevant network with, for example, Rijkswaterstaat, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, water authorities, energy companies, contractors, provinces and / or municipalities.
You get energy from creating social support and you like to move in a field of forces of different (divergent) interests. You speak the language of administrators as well as interest groups and residents and you have experience with the principles of Strategic Environment Management and / or Systems Engineering.
You have a higher education (HBO / WO) and you have at least 10 years work experience in the area of Environmental Management as an Environment Manager or Environment Consultant. Both your own colleagues and teams of our customers can be guided and coached by you. You are able to execute and manage one or more assignments for customers simultaneously.
In addition, you can contribute to the development of the organization, you invest in yourself and colleagues. Because we develop together.
Everyone at Dutch Boosting Group has one or more roles with associated responsibilities. You are in charge of the precise interpretation of your role. In any case, the responsibilities you fill in consist of:
- Contributing to the acquisition of assignments;
- Using your experience in the area of Environmental Management in carrying out assignments and in further developing the field within the Dutch Boosting Group;
- Bringing your assignments to a good result, together with your colleagues;
- Monitoring the quality of delivered products within your assignments;
- Planning your own work;
- Conducting self-evaluation;
- Giving feedback to your colleagues and being able to receive feedback;
- Professionalization in assignments and within the organization;
- When making decisions, ask for advice where necessary and keep the purpose of the Dutch Boosting Group in mind.
